A chinese energy art. Strengthens the lower body, improve posture, promotes flexibility.

Lasting : 1 hour

To be practiced preferably with morning light or at the end of the day with the “golden hour” around the swimming pool.

Yoga Vinyasa

Dynamic, creative and fluid practice. It constitutes a series of different postures while synchronizing movement and breathing.

Lasting : 1 hour

Yin Yoga

Slow practice that initiates stopping the release. It leads to holding each postures for several minutes.

Lasting : 1 hour

Yoga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga are to be practiced with the moring light or at the end of the day with the “golden hour” around the pool. 4 people minimum. French, English and Spanish. If you are a follower and want a daily practice, we can establish a tailor-made program for you during your stay.

Zen Shiatsu

Japanese energy discipline which promotes relaxation of the whole body, relieves stress and removes tension from your body. Lying on a massage tone with a flexible hold in a dedicated space.

Massages

In collaboration with the relaxation and well-being area Sadhana.

The Signature (1h) : creative and tailor-made inspired by techniques from around the world.

The Indian (1h) : slow movement then fast for a revitalization for the whole body.

The Lomi-Lomi (1h) : tahitian massage inspired by the movement of the waves of the Pacific ocean.

Massages are performed by the pool, in the grass under the olive trees or on your terrace.
